Efficiency is all about doing things in the most economical and timely manner. It's about maximizing output while minimizing input. Efficacy is all about achieving the desired result or goal. It's about doing the right things. For example, if a new drug is able to successfully treat a specific illness, it is said to have high efficacy. Lastly, Effectiveness is all about achieving the desired outcome or impact in the real world. It's about making a difference. For example, if a charity is able to reduce poverty in a specific community, it is said to be effective. Hope this answers your questions.
