I rewatch this scene when I miss my dad. Thankfully we’re still on S1 terms, mostly due to physical distance, but that “CUT IT OUT” and “Fǔck off” are exactly the inflections we use the few times a year we see each other. Sometimes you have to make the most of dysfunctional dynamics. They are what they are. My dad also absolutely loves White Room and will get distracted if he hears it in a ten mile radius. Best thoughts to anyone who also watches season 1 because it feels like family.
My girlfriend's first exposure to Jeremy Allen White was me showing her the Bear so now that im showing her shameless she's getting to see him practically back when he was a fetus compared to how he looks now lol
Edward Norton pulled of a Gary Oldman or DDL type transformation even when i know its Norton underneath the mask i stand cant wrap my head around it, magnificent!
King Baldwin IV would confess directly to God, rather than to a corrupt priest (as seen in the movie)... simple as that! A lot of people here are in denial that this is a reality even in today's modern society
Christian confess to the lord not a priest confession of sin, believers are told in 1 John 1:9 to confess their sins to God… God is faithful to forgive our sins as we confess them to Him. this isn’t proof of Islam.. Islam is plagiarism of the old testament and the Gospel…
Confessing to a priest wasn't a Roman Catholic obligation until 1215 by the Fourth Lateran Council. King Baldwin lived from 1161 to 1185 before the fourth council even happened.
@@nicknickson3650 Please, where can I read about it? Because this was never told to me in my catechism... What I know is that Jesus himself granted the apostles permission to make confessions in His name. Not that I'm accusing you of lying, but then, why would the priest ask Baldwin his sins? (of course, I know it is a film and that probably more than 50% on it is half-true or lie, biased to denigrate the Catolic Church).
It is good that the scene was cut. It would be ridiculous tô see a faithfull catholic and religious king who used to confess on regular basis to say such childish discourse.
A young beautiful Eva Green strives for peace while surrounded by men who only crave for war. This scene if indeed cut could have explained this epic movie 🍿 n a nutshell. God bless you all and may you indeed enter The Kingdom Of Heaven. Her son is a leper. God Help Her.
