In 90% of the time shaft and the gear on it are fine. Problem is in the bushing that wears out. Poor design. Metal shaft with gear rotating in metal bushing without any lubrication.
Strange. I have never had that problem. Make sure that main steering rod shaft that goes to right side front wheel, the nut by shaft sometimes get loose. Hope that works for you. Thanks for watching and the feedback. God Bless, Thank you 🙏💯
@@fixitall588 Bushing is soft and thin. It will ALWAYS wear out before the gears. I speak from years of experience. Proper design would have been to use a regular, lubricated bearing instead of this bushing. Good luck and keep fixing things.
Hi, thanks for the video, a question. My intake valves sit proud. When i put a flat edge on the heada ans eun it across, i can feel the lip of the inlet valves. Is this normal? Thanks 😊

Yes, because if the battery is not connected, there can't be any electricity going to the starter motor. The ignition switch needs to be on, because otherwise there will be no spark, therefore the engine won't start
I have a place Wolf 2 Exchanging the Ignition barrel on it. Because somebody said that you good idea. Now they're leaving me stuck with nobody to help me.
So what is the .004 thing. How exactly does that work. What are u suppose to just make sure that fits between the nut and the other thing that you adjust

Excellent video Thanks, You do you bypass the EKS keyless fob scooters, I have an nmax 155:2023 model that has a keyless fob, they only give one with the Bike, a spare one cost South AgricaR7000 or (US)$500 ....rip off😮
