@@KhadineFisherRealtor I would explore if you have the budge doing some Google PPC through their marketing department and stay committed to online lead gen for at least a year. Pipeline will grow and lead cost is much better and lower than the big names out there you should stay away from Z for example. lol. Also, have someone help you setup smartplans so the touch points are happening well to your DB. Hope that helps. What market are you in?

It’s very good but it may be an acquired taste if you grew up on standard American food and it’s very different from Americanized Chinese food which may disappoint some Americans who are expecting that
@ramencurry6672 a great point you make for sure. I recall being a young man in my 20's and being the only American eating in Vietnamese restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. The elementary school is less than 1 mile, Joe Harris. By the way, Rio Rancho Schools are very highly rated, tops behind Los Alamos schools. Price points in the high $300's to $500's. This is my city-I’m moving back now after two years away. I love *love* the cultural diversity, Indigenous heritage and beautiful mountains of Santa Fe and northern NM as a whole. Living in the eastern US was like seeing in black and white … Santa Fe still has color.

Such a joke Santa Fe is a fake city with fake diversity. You ever see Native Americans just chilling in Santa Fe when they aren't working? We exploit their image and they go along with it for profit. Santa Fe has no real culture or music or night life.

I am old and white and think everything a Indian does is magic and I sniff turqouise and don't know what real culture and art is and I don't snap that the Indians are laughing at me as I spend thousands on this stuff that has no meaning and I don't snap it's only old white people at the market and It never crosses my mind that if this was really about art and culture Hispanics and young people would go too
