I was with you and community, here in PA at a weekend Yoga Nidra seminar 25 years ago. That Yoga Nidra session literally, healed and transformed my life .The shakti/kundalini release I experienced that day is still one of the most powerful moments of my life. I was feeling drawn to find this Yoga Nidra meditation this morning and recommit to my meditation practice. I am so deeply grateful, always, to you Gurudev. This is a fabulous Yoga Nidra. I find the Amrit method of Yoga Nidra to be the most effective in taking me away from my thoughts and guiding me into deep relaxation. It is unfortunate that an ad interrupts this particular upload. It's the first Amrit Nidra I've used that has an ad. I listened to this one 2 days in a row to make sure it wasn't a one-off occurrence and it happened again today. Too bad!!! I wonder if it can be deleted somehow. None of the other Amrit Nidra's have an interruption. If possible, can you fix this? Thank You. Namaste.
You are reinforcing people's sense of powerlessness with the sankalpa used in this session. Addicts need to access their sense of power to create habitual change, and you are having them drive their pre-existing sense of powerlessness even deeper into the subconscious. It is best to use positive language. Love the acceptance of self bit, drop the powerlessness. This seems dangerous for someone in recovery to listen to. I love Yoga Nidra but would not recommend anyone use that intention .. yikes.
"It's said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restoritive as 3 hours of sleep." - it's also said that anything starting with "it's said..." is probably bs.

It is almost traumatic to have those interruptive ads shake you out of a trusting deep state of contemplation. Please remove these ads. But I actually don't trust you enough to try this again. This was terrible, I feel totally dysregulated
