@@FreeFocusDance Yes! I finally got a good spin in at the end of my workout today. Hopefully, I will get the whole movement soon. It's fun stuff. I am just learning to break because I thought it would help my fitness goals. It's killer and so good for my body! I've already toned up so much!
You are amazing, I was asked to teach a hiphop Dance group for 4th graders without any experience in hiphop, and have decided to throw in some Break Dance for the fun, and you‘ve helped me soo much!
Try to put more weight on your hands. You can try not to learn to far towards your head and use your legs as a counter weight like a see-saw. It takes some time, keep trying!
There are many names for this step depending on where you live. It's most commonly referred to as Cross Overs, Indian Step, Basic Tops, Front Step, etc. I believe the most common modern term would be 'Indian Step' although some would say it's a racist term. The most important aspect is learning the technique.
This is super 👌 i will say i am grooving when listening to music lol 😂😊 thank u bboy push! For this tutorial. Pls if u can i want baby freeze & windmill tutorial <333
Dope! I do have a baby freeze tutorial up in this series. I'll have to get a windmill tutorial up soon, but you could start with the backspin one and it will help a lot with windmills!
@dendenc2046 I hate to tell you that I had the bald spot at 15 years old and I'm 35 now. Still there but I use hair powder to cover it. I would stop spinning on your head
