Beautiful boat and sailing. Not wanting to detract from your sail but is 20.4kts the max for the tri? Once again not wanting to lesson it but we’re constantly doing more than that on off the beach cats. Surely the big tri’s can push harder? Great sailing none the less. Just questioning not criticising 👍
Not too shabby for a displacement cruising Tri... Bank Populaire around 2012 was able to cruise 44 and peak 48 kn with curved lifting dagger boards in the southern ocean. It was 130 feet long if I'm not mistaken... it was not a fully foiling Tri. Loïck Peyron told me this in 2013 he was the skipper.
Lots of fun but not when you loose someone.... and don't wear any lifejackets. I really disaprove of folks being so irresponsible... because when the shit hits the fan you dump all of the risks back to the rescuing boys and girls also having family at home.... bad bad bad.......
