Paul Lynde was one of the funniest, most brilliant people in show business. Sad, in a way, that the majority of these people here are now deceased. What passes for entertainment today, is nothing compared to the greats we had back then. And many of these jokes would be prohibited in today's "Progressive" society.
@@bigbass421 omg I agree with you 1000% todays "comedy", "entertainment", "jokes" & "game shows" are not at all worthy of me watching these new series at all! 🤢 Makes a ram (my profile pic reference) sad, disgusted & even angry at how things have changed after all these years....
You're very welcome I've been posting a lot of good videos over the past few years on both of my RU-vid channels a lot of people seem to actually like a few of the videos that I post
@@charleswinokoor6023 best zingers are always given by Paul Lynde no matter what anyone says. Paul is the best zingerizer you could possibly have on any show ever! (And yes I just made a new word "Zingerizer" - a person that makes great zingers for comedy purposes)
He was my favorite stammerer I've loved him since say one when he was on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show also I enjoyed watching him in the movie Elf. I also love all of his TV series that aired. Sadly our favorite comedians, actors celebrities from the 1900s are all dying out. :(
Paul Lynde did come up with some of his own "Bluff answers" (in other words, sarcastic answers that were often incorrect), but some of the actual bluff answers and zingers were written by the writing staff on Hollywood Squares.
*Peter:* _"when is it a good idea to put your pantyhose in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes?"_ *Paul Lynde:* _"when your house is surrounded by the police"_ Brilliant! 😁
Peter Marshall is still alive. Maybe because of aĺl the stress reducing laughter from Paul Lynde. Marshall has the biggest most beautiful, toothy smile.
@@charleswinokoor6023 darn right! I've been ome of those rams (profile pic character btw) that will be friends with anyone no matter what color, race, gender, lgbt etc if I see someone that happens to be a slave I'll give then a few dollars to make them feel better than how they are treated. (Yes there are people that are slaves still but very rare in the USA as far as I'm aware of)
I AGREE! He was so funny & silly & entertaining! I watched him on Bewitched and those episodes are the only episodes that I really loved watching. The rest of the episodes were way too repetitive & really annoying.
@@theshadow100 he is Mildew Wolf. He is trying to capture a lamb named Lambsy. Lambsy has a bodyguard/protector named Bristle Hound a sheepdog. Bristle House always saves Lambsy from Mildew.
Same. To be honest I wish they muted him entirely.... Because he wouldn't stop talking if you watch all of the full episodes... Buddy wouldn't shut up.
@@PaulLyndeBlue Paul Lynde once said _"we live in a world that needs laughter and I've decided if I can make people laugh, I'm making a more important contribution."_ That may explain why he was able to make fun of himself or be part of the joke, and gain laughs from his audience at the same time. Lynde had many friends during his lifetime. 😇 Buddy Hackett wasn't funny, just loud. 😖
You could use AI to resurrect these classic actors. The way they can copy a person's image and voice nowadays, it a wonder someone has done this already!
🤗 I'm glad that you love the video!I have 2others if you'd love to watch those we would appreciate it! (Myself & Cathy Rudolph (Paul's friend) & Paul Lynde) 😊 I've been in love with him since I was a young ram named Paul. That was almost 30 years ago. & I still love him to this day no matter how much my coworker says "you know... Someone being gay is not what God wanted.... God created men to be in relationships with ladies & vice versa. So he is not Heaven currently because he decided to be gay... He did a sin and there for he payed by going to Hell." This happens to also be the same co-worker that says that the Earth is flat, we have never gone into space, January 6th riots was a hoax, Osama bin Laden is still alive living somewhere out in the middle of Israel.
You're so very welcome! I'm a Paul Lynde fan myself. & I've loved him so much since I was a youngin & I've loved everything that he was in. Even the movie that was a flop called "Rabbit Test " the ratings were so bad but I liked it cuz it was stupid and that he was in there.
@@PaulLyndeBlue Thanks. I've never heard of "Rabbit Test" so I'll look it up. He was just so funny, with that fantastic laugh. I adored "The Perils Of Penelope Pitstop" and "It's The Wolf! It's The Wolf!" His own show was on here as well in the 70s and he was great in "Bewitched." Yet only one friend I've talked with (of my age) seems to remember him and that friend loved him, too. I think Paul Lynde had a difficult life and wish he had been able to know how loved he was...so what you've posted online is there for everybody and that's brilliant.
@@traceya9615 🤗 I'm so glad I got this comment! I've loved them all these years and I've even watched the biography &read the biography of Paul Lynde. It was sad but it was very wholesome & very sweet. "Paul Lynde A Biography: His Life, His Love's & His Laughter": shorturl.at/adk59 (that is an Amazon link to that book
@@traceya9615 out of the 26 episodes I have 24 of the Paul Lynde Show. I really need to find out where those other two are and I have scoured the entire internet and have found neither of the 2 episodes. If you want me to I will upload the videos that I currently have all of his TV series
