Same happened with me ...i got scammed for 600 rupees, they send some dirty cloth instead of actual product and after requesting for return they canceled my return 4 time without any valid reason. And now i am able to do return request again. After calling customer care they said you get limited amount of return requests. And we sent right product and can't do anything about it. I recorded vedio before opening the package, But its of no use because i am anable to post it on reviews. Its seems that they even do something with review to increase rating and fool customer to buy the product. I will never buy from that platform again and recommend you'll to not buy as well.
