As a new player, what do i do. 🤔 got a magic team going on rn. Literally started 7 days ago. I do have B-helana but only base costume. Should i roll on the standard you can pick the characters on? Or just save.
Magic is harder to get going than physical. Helena doesn't get better than Elpis until 3+ filled in nodes. You can clear all the normal difficulty content with the characters you unlock along the way. Get the 5 or 8 dollar monthly pass for a jumpstart and you'll have a bunch of pulls on the summer banners coming up.
Here's how I spend: 1. Character 2. Character skins 3. Special Interaction room 4. Weapon 5. Weapon skins You can see that it is very efficient spending as you can immediately use/enjoy what you paid for. Although, I still need the most value for money chart.
When it comes to the weapons I believe it depends on what the weapon brings to the table. For Fenny's weapon Heartfelt Help, imo is a must to get since it brings a lot to the table. It buffs Fenny's attack period, then it brings 2 separate buffs in the form if ballistic damage and ignore resistance on who ever has a special clip equipped. So that just makes her an uber dmg support for whomever she buffs and can't go wrong with attaining it.
i wish i can bought it too because my country money currency conversion is twice as expensive than USD so for me will cost 80 SGD for both full pack wedding outfit
Bruh I've been waiting for this banner to drop omg. 1 sp is gonna be busted for pvp. She's good for the pvp meta. So I'd say she's worth it for the pvp meta.
My advice is to stay away from the interactive scenes. The battle pass is worth it though. I disagree with you about the weapons. They are totally worth it.
@@brianhall23 my thing with the weapons is. People would rather get the character over weapon. Which will cost money sometimes. As well as the weapon. And both are all chance until you get the guarantee. The amount you end up spending each patch could end up more than just getting skins. Plus if you have say 4 high tier dmg dealers with a 5 star weapon. You can blow through all the content easy. So if you get a 5 star like lets say Tess, what’s the point when say cherno, katya, lyfe, and Yao got theirs. Overall I think skins and 4 weapon will do you just fine, especially when you can beat all the content
Feels like Honkai Impact 3rd, where weapons are like a final pinion for a character's kit, but it's not feasible to get specific weapons for every, or even most, characters. Focus on maxing your damage/carry, and make do with whatever else you can get.
Oh no cap, it’s just extra material and you get gold stamina sticks along with tickets and digicash. Plus maxing out a unit will blow through all your resources ez. So having the BP comes in handy in more ways than 1.
I agree, if you play the game casually the BP ain't no need otherwise for heavy farmers, which in snowbreak is a bit weird buteach to their own the BP can be interesting, since they will burn through ressources like crazy. I guess just depends how you enjoy the game.
I'm spending for the skins for sure, it's not really expensive if you stick to your fav characters. Buying skins here feels better than what I'm used to in previous games I don't play anymore, it's 3D and has interactions so to me it's worth it. As for spending on characters/weapons, always go for characters for sure, I don't think there is a need to spend for characters either since the events are far apart, once you keep up with your dailies and weeklies it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm also looking at it as someone who doesn't roll for every character. My plan is different, since I don't roll for everyone and wait for my fav characters, I will have left overs to try for weapons now and then, and even then I won't get many, I'm talking about maybe only for my damage dealers. Lastly I see some mentioning about not spending, or it's not worth it, we all have our opinions and level of enjoyment. In the end digital/material things will get replaced or you move on eventually for something new, it's not about what we're spending on it's about what brings us enjoyment at the time. I for one budget a little each month for gaming because after all the crap in life that's what I have fun with when I come home. Last lastly, I'm getting the battle pass, there are options in it if you don't want the skin, or you can pick digicash over the skin if you want, I think it's really good especially if you're new like me and need a ton of resources.
I decided not to spend this patch was tempted with the wedding skins but I don't feel that in my brain that I usually get when I REALLY want a skin. I just know this years summer patch is gonna go crazy plus I'm still waiting for a katya interactive.
its not worth it, lyfe's skin ultimate is pretty much the same as normal ult. 30 bucks for a package thats lik 1/4 of a 44inch flatscreen tv that you could save up for. skins in games like league of legends used to be 5-10 bucks. this is insane im pretty sure 90% of china(where the game was developed) couldnt even afford to buy these skins with the economy they have right now.
The battle pass is tempting but the last couple patches I havnt had the character the pass skin is for lol 🤣 so it's been a hard pass for me no pun intended lol. I've yet to feel the need to spend yet I really would like the Marian swift skin but she has been power creeped so bad id never use her unfortunately. I never pull for weapons even if I like the weapons. I like guaranteeing characters instead. Peoples budgets vary of course I just am stretched to thin financially to blow money on gacha lol they are just for a little casual fanservice fun at the end of my work day
the game needs more npc and missions. Like an NPC shopkeeper. Or an NPC guild or an NPC giving missions and objectives to do. And yes, co op for star master would be fire

I dropped off snow break hard after the first onth, not becasue i didn't enjoy it, but i just had too many other games to play and it got sent to the bottom of the priority pile. Got back into to it recently with the cherno event 2 patches ago and i've benn loving it. The 100% drop rate banner was probably one of the best additions ive seen and well as giving free charcters like 5* enya and now 5* fenny. really hoping the game pushes through all the tribulation and pushes its way to the top.
This is definitely my favourite patch so far. The beach one is a close second. I've really been enjoying Star Master and the new Labyrinth is a lot of fun too. I am a little concerned about how OP the characters are becoming. Given the pace at which they're amping up every new character, the enemies will eventually become so hopelessly outmatched that the game will lose any semblance of a challenge and fun. Either that or they will have to buff the enemies so much that older characters will become completely unusable. I played Labyrinth today with 4* Lyfe and I thoroughly enjoyed it because it actually presented a bit of a challenge. In contrast, ripping your way through that wave game mode with new 5* Lyfe, gets boring really fast.
Just started less than a week ago because of the fan services and Snowbreak has been pretty fun for me so far. The event UI is kinda confusing at first because there are many tabs that don't have anything to do with the event (I think? idk) like the boardgame minigame or the pokemon gamemode, I like the mode that has a boss with millions of hp the most because its the first boss that I actually have to learn its moveset and also because... you know. Skins are solid, new characters skill set compliment each others perfectly. I might become a goldfish or dolphine in this game to buy Fenny's wedding skin bundle and monthly, idk.
