@@Hogscraper Yeah I don't know but it looks really odd, maybe you're right maybe the video framerate is a bit slow and the machines arms start and stop moving so quickly that the video isn't quite catching them right as they start or stop moving.
I would guess that inside the main feed chuck (or whatever the big centre part is called) there is some kind of metering mechanism that measures the length of the wire that it's pushing out.
