I like how some of the mods are trying to build slow tension, and some of them somewhat well like having all the mobs stop and stare at you. And then there’s the shitpost mods that pull any tension out from under you.
Needed the zoom in on items in gui mod, crop harvest texturepack, ore outline texturepack, shouldve had hitboxes on all the time, also need a permanant coords and fps counter in top left, and needs food saturation overlay, enchant and trade reroll buttons, directional end portal frame texture pack, backpack mod with the auto pick up, smelting, xp storage, tool mending and music player. Also needed the dank null mod...
I managed to compile 370 that does not crash for once. It’s so hard to make a modpack that does not crash without a reason given. It’s quite the achievement for me.
I don't know how I came across this channel, but your video editing and ideas are immaculate. Your channel is really new, but it feels like you have many years of experience.
Hey! Lead dev of Wilder Wild here. This is basically the exact thing I designed the mod to *not* be, and I love seeing it put in a situation with a ton of nonsense lol As for Baobab Planks not working, that’s absolutely one of the other mods just not bothering to make compatibility for Wilder Wild/not including it in an item tag. I’m glad to see the Termites actually being used by someone as well!!
So... Use Cold Sweat, not Tough as Nails. Tough as Nails is goddamn impossible to even exist in a lot of regular-ass biomes, like savannahs and BEACHES... and you need special slime armor to survive heat. Cold Sweat adds items that can heat or cool your base, as well as waterskins that you can fill with hot or cold water to warm or cool you. Keep it in your hotbar to diffuse hot or cold over time and not use up the water, or dump it on your head to change your temperature all at once. You can also line your armor with different materials for different thermal values: Leather is adaptive, rabbit hide and hogskin resist heat, goat hide and wool resist cold, and I think it also has a slime based material that is LIKE leather, both good for hot and cold, but is adaptive... So as good as the hot or cold resist materials, but applies to both like Leather. Also... It's 2024 and some people STILL don't know to keep your head UNDER the end crystals...?
