Very good! It's an inspirational story to the rest of us. The only think I could suggest is perhaps some sort of garden. Maybe something planted above ground, in special containers, might be easier maintainence.
Honestly I can’t decide between the two. I have heard Playa Mujeres attracts bigger groups and RC has more couples. Is PM really worth the extra? I do love the size of the jacuzzi at PM compared to RC.
Everything looks great , Nice job good ideas except the wall paper in powder room.. Would change that asap if I bought it. Would add more plants out back with strong root systems to help stabilize the bank.
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for....
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@GiovanniJakob The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
lots of bedrooms, which would probably mean a lot of kids and there's such a tiny living room--the ktchen is larger than the living room, disappointing, even the master bath looks larger than the living room
I would put wood flooring the in the large room on the left and make the entire room the living room, use the old kitchen and dining room space as a laundry and kitchen, then making the old living room into the new dining room and open the end wall of the stairs with railing to open up the sight lines and improve flow.
Huge shower with no rain and hand held heads. Lots of cheapened shortcuts that make no sense. Let’s get soaked in a storm while trying to unlock the front door. Yikes
I could have come up with a better bathroom layout. The shower should have been on the back wall where the toilet is. Put the where the vanity is and the vanity right in front on the door where you walk in. It would be a very big vanity.
So much hate in these comments, they got a shitty house, they upgraded it, they sold it for more than they bought it for, it made a good episode and a family happy. You guys seriously need to spread more positivity 🙏
Yall overpaid for that house of horrors. Also for the love of syrup! Stop with the WHITE EVERYTHING. Stop being afraid of colors. Homebuyers can choose a new color later but please stop doing all white cabinets and stuff. Its so boring.
