Здравствуйте профиль рамы 50/50!! Длина рамы 2400. Нахлест рамы по 200мм!! С каждой стороны рама стостоит из 3 частей профиля 50/50 они какого размера? Они одинаковые все 3 или разные???
Full chassis length is 2500 from rear to the front edge of the front bumper. Mid-points of the chassis leg overlaps are at 700, and 950 measuring from the rear of the chassis, this leaves 850 between the final overlap mid point and the and the front of the chassis. The 1st chassis cross-brace, or "ladder rung" is right at the back of the chassis, then the centres for the next three rungs are at 750, 900, and 570. This leaves 280 from the final "rung" centre to the front of the chassis. Hope this helps... Thanks for watching 😉👍
@@oliverbanford Ахах, я ошибся 😁. Я имел ввиду кронштейн на 8:27. Понравился весь процесс изготовления, думаю, в целом прототип изготавливался похожим образом.
The best mini jeep that I have ever seen. I think that you did an awesome job and thought of everything. Best of all you created a lifetime of memories for the children. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks mate, appreciate your comments and support throughout the build. Great to finally get it in the field and enjoy it with the kids. Just the motor show to go then we need to find the next project.. ! Thanks for watching.. 👍
Thanks for the feedback. I can't argue. Finding copyright free music is a real challenge. The only relatively safe source is from RU-vid themselves, but the quality is very limited unfortunately. Thanks for watching 👍
Thanks for this content guys I'm amazed at the fabrication skills going on here to keep things original. keep it coming you have done such a great job as father and son a real inspirational pair thanks guys can't wait for the next upload
Thanks Daf, and thanks for all of your support and guidance with the paintball marker parts, we couldn't have done this without you mate! Took the jeep and gun off road at the weekend so should be uploading some vids soon. We're also at the Edinburgh Car Show at Ingliston on the 17th of July which should be a blast.. 🍻 👏 ✌️
Just wanted to ask....are you a military person? I want to salute you sir 🫡 and second thing I want to appreciate what you have given to your son will be passed on to your grand son 😅 love from INDIA ❤ I am fond of jeeps and I found this 😅
Glad you found it! No, we're not military. My late father lived through World War 2, and spent a couple of years in the army so the Jeep is a tribute to all three generations. Thanks for watching 🙂 👍
Keep watching the episodes, we've almost finished the jeep. It's painted, and has a surprise super cool accessory installed..! Thanks for the comment! 😊 👍
Thanks for the comment, and for watching! The jeep is currently sitting on a trailer that we've custom built for it, just awaiting a new hitch before we hit the fields with it.. tune in for the next one 😊 👍
I's best to 'tack' things in place first to ensure they fit properly and to limit warping and buckling due to excessive localised heat. Once you are happy witht he fitment you can then fully 'seam' weld in place permanently. In addition, there's a certain skill involved in welding light gauge (thin) steel. It's best to 'pulse' weld and allow heat to dissipate efficiently, rather than burn through 😉. Thanks for watching, plenty more episodes to catch up on 👍
It's a steel chassis. So difficult to show its construction without welding.. Keep watching as the finished jeep is amazing. It has everything, including machine gun 😊 👍
Thanks Joe. The full auto thing seems to be a very grey area in the UK in relation to paintball guns/markers, the law isn't very clear on what's allowed and what's not. As a paintball marker isn't classed as a firearm I think full auto is allowed on private land but more research may be required. Thanks for watching, need to get this thing out into open country to test it's capabilities now.. 😊👍
This build keeps getting better. Video and weld in the barrel closed. Add a piezoelectric igniter and fashion a spitting flame or spark coinciding with trigger pulls. Dad and Son need WW II uniforms next-helmets and all. Who's to be the General? Northern FL USA.
Funny, the thought crossed my mind re rigging up a small gas pulse via a solenoid and igniter. Now that would be super cool 🤔. Next episode really needs to be out in an open field actually driving the thing.. Thanks for watching.. 😊👍
T-case and axles are from a Suzuki Jimny, outer axles are cut down and we used just the short side inner axle (no inner axles were harmed during the making of this series.. :) Visit our Channel page, you can see this build from the start, and even see the donor vehicles.. 😉 I hope you've watched the whole series, we've just fitted a machine gun to this mini jeep, the next episode is due to be publicised this Friday. Thanks for watching 👍
Thanks Some parts came from ebay, some from East Coast Military in the UK, and some even came from India. It's amazing what you can get your hands on. We've just fitted a Browning .30 cal machine gun to this mini Jeep, you really need to see this. Episode due to drop this Friday (3rd) 😉 Thanks for watching.. 🙂 👍
It's a one-off at this point, built for my son and his friends. Keep watching, lots more episodes already on RU-vid. We have painted it and are now fitting the machine gun.. Thanks for watching. 😊 👍
Thanks, you should watch the rest of the series! The jeep has been painted and has all of its transfers now. We're currently now working on the machine gun.. 😁 👍
