That's the same ESC I'm going with on vintage resto-mod build. I mentioned you on my video, saying I tried to swindle you in trading the white wheels for the chrome ones... 😅 Well, because you initially said you were going to paint them. When they start to yellow, use peroxide to whiten them again.
Thank you for sharing. I used silicone grease for my build, but it's kind of sicky. Let me know how that white lithium grease works out, I might switch to that instead. See if bleach would make the wheels white again, or maybe applying a little bit of heat, some plastics turns back to their original color when heated, just make sure you don't apply too much that they'd deform. 😅
Thanks for the update. Looking forward to this build. I have some hiccups with my build, I hope I can sort them out soon. My offer stands if you want to trade wheels, my chrome ones for your white ones. 😅 Mine were barely used, I switched to some 3rd party wheels. 😊
@@OldScorpion I’m glad that you’re keeping them actually. I just like the white wheels, maybe try bleaching them, or maybe heating them up with a hairdryer? Some plastics turn to their original color when heated, just not sure about these wheels, I never had the original ones.
