Okay, i will add something to this because yes. The ingredients are expensive and are from multiple countries around the world, The food is also well made and they are well seasoned so right now i'm pissed because i'm reading this bull crap comment talking shit about the prices of the food? I mean hun, The food is good, well presented and EXPENSIVE, I'll have to say that again. And you have no fucking right to talk about the prices. Okay, the food is expensive but i just said this back in my comment The food is good, well presented and EXPENSIVE. and on my end you're talking about it like you expect 4-5 star food to be CHEAP??? smh i am so disappointed.
Not sure if this development is the answer as a potential buyer looking for a condominium. Very concerned that Koreans appear to be the target as future investers. As a local Mabalacat family citizen I'm not sure if I want to retire or invest in this development that one day will be grounded and lost in a village of Korea.
To all Filipinos, South Koreans are investors not invaders. Study their history, and you'll know that Philippines is close to their hearts. We help them in the 1950s and they are helping us back now because we are friends. Without much foreign investments from other nations, we cannot progress on our own. With Japan, South Korea, China, and other nations helping us we will lift our country from poverty. Poorest of the poor will get better benefits aside from the free housing, free education, and free hospitalization now since government revenues and GDP will increase. OFWs can return home to their families since more jobs will be created here. National security will also improve since we can buy more CCTVs and speed cameras for public use or even warships, fighter jets, submarines to defend our whole country. I hope politicians in the future will have the heart for the masses like Duterte. FOR THOSE PINOYS WHO WANT TO INVEST in these properties you are welcome too. So start saving a lot of money, even just for the DP. No need to get envious of foreign investor's wealth getting a piece of luxurious property here. We need to work harder if not richer, hindi puro inuman at tambay sa videoke, This is a challenge for us. Singapore has a vibrant economy since locals compete with foreign investors and talents and so their PRs and citizens got more benefits than we have here in Philippines.
It's a good idea to build a new city. But it should be for the Filipino. They should be the priority reason why the Philippine Government building Clark City not for koreans, chinese nor for the other nationalities.
I really hope our government discourage making Chinatowns or Koreatowns in New Clark City. The whole project is to decongest Manila as in taking a certain number of Filipinos out of Manila..not to cater only to foreigners
Yeah and that is stupidity! The government doesn't want the others to invades them but they're building city for the others.hahaha wake up Philippines government.!
it's called marketing. they want to attract investors from other country to create jobs. you can't transfer people from metro manila to clark without jobs.
In dubai you cannot invest withouth the sponsorship of the locals there. It should be the same here in the Philippines so that the Filipinos will have a benifits from them
tweet: I don't know if it should be called Green City if No Green Leafy Trees all over the development. You have to Grass-Up the sidewalks and parks and be sure to install Sprinklers to keep them Alive and Greener - smart investment for a fraction of money well spent. No pets Allowed!
Building a new city is great. It seems very expensive with all the high rises, and green spaces. Who is going to live there is what I am confused about. My education background is architecture and we did many studies in regards to this. It looks like a city just for the wealthy and foreigners. The middle class and poor people are not represented here. It will end up just like Brasilia, Brazil where it is a failure in terms of pedestrians and living spaces. That was planned out by Oscar Neimeyer and heavily influenced by Corbusier who are known as the pioneers of modern Architecture. I think that the Philippine government needs to go back and restudy the failures of these cities constructed from scratch before working on such an ambitious project. In my opinion fixing the infrastructure and preplanning future growth along with laying down railways and highways will be the source growth in other areas. I like the idea of moving government offices but it only makes sense if the regular government employees can afford to live there. In addition, the car is a status symbol in the Philippines. Putting in bus lanes and pedestrians simply won't work. The bus lanes needs to be barricaded with dedicated lanes. Tax the cars higher so that it is no longer affordable for the masses. Launch a new campaign promoting health, walking and bicycling to work. An example of this is Bogota Colombia, it is also a third world country. In comparison to Manila, it is on a smaller scale but nonetheless, their implementation of walking spaces and bus lanes are very effective. I hope that my comment reaches someone who is important and really put those projects in to perspective.
if the filipins govt. can subsidize low cost to mid-class price housing/condos outside the city to house the diff. employees, that can bolster it's effectiveness.....
i work former U.S Military Clark Air BASE don't build a Houseing or buildings inside. Clark near MABALACAT mostly the land there is a dumping sites Huzadus materials. for more then 50 years. just ask the peoples who work to the former U. S military base.
Rocky AGILA This is one of those projects done out of greed and not due to some altruistic matter caring for our environment. I would never visit that place.
It's not JUST the Koreans. HELL FILIPINOS DON'T FOLLOW Philippine laws and if Im not mistaken over 5000 Filipinos have been killed the last year for drugs. If the place is Koreans they it will be a great place and have HIGH STANDARDS.
