Ive got gumbo dirt in my river bottom on my place in northwest missouri, crooked river bottom ground in ray county, good dirt for crops, but sum of the hardest plowing dirt there is, & i pull a 6-16 onland plow behind my 1135 ,& i go deep too, itsa good hard pull, but it,ll do it, & ive done a 13' chisel in it too, & 1 time in 1st gear, lo, lo multi, i pulled a 7shank deep V ripper (subsoiler) thru it, but....i could only get 10"-11" deep with it & i had 1000 pound of weight on each side on back tires, with 950 pound hanging out front & i still was lite n front even with draft response sped up, so,s you can pull alot more with a 1135 massey than what ya,ll pulling there
I grew up on a large dairy farm near Belleville, Ontario, Canada. My Dad loved Massey-Ferguson tractors and equipment, we owned the MF65 back in the 60's, then the MF180, the MF1080, MF1105, MF3165, the MF300 Combine and later the MF540 Combine, along with various other machinery like Massey-Ferguson ploughs, hay rakes, and forage equipment such as Gheil forage harvesters; we also had a MF50 which we had a set of half tracks for use in the winter (when we still had alot of snow), and a table saw mounted on the 3-point hitch. Sadly the Combine manufacturing plant shown here, located in Brampton, was closed many, many years ago.

I own a 1959 M-F 50 gasoline, & a 2018 M-F 1526 diesel. The 1959 M-F 50 is still a working tractor along side with the newer 2018 M-F 1526. Massey-Ferguson Tractors= Mighty-Fine Tractors.

The Clark Michigan 675 is my #1 favorite old classic heavy equipment piece. I know they made bigger and better and newer ones, but this is the coolest one of all.
That brings back memories, many hours spent on a straight piped 1466 open station, plowing, discing, planting and cultivating as well as having. Loved the smells of fresh turned dirt, diesel and open air.
Sad to know our industry changed so drastically...we made everything we needed right here now names like daewoo, komatsu, kobelco,Hyundai, samsung make better stuff well actually they make the stuff...cuz we dont anymore
