If your size is small then I advise you to buy your size, don’t buy bigger size, this shirt is stretchable buying big size will differ in shoulder length and dimensions.

You cannot spot reduce fat this is fake if anything it will make it worse as you will grow your side core muscles which will make your love handles look bigger if you want to lose love handles you need to loose fat so eat at a calorie deficit and optionally do cardio
Spot reduction can only be done with the use of peptides. It’s not through a workout. Please don’t spread false information. Please post something that is accurate. Not done 5 minutes workout that is very inefficient.

Bro is gonna lose his mind when he finds out what a russian twist is. You cannot spot reduce fat by training like this, basic thermodynamics. You can 100% lose fat in a deficit. Where your body takes it from is primarily genetic but it will be fairly evenly spread. If your fat is stored mainly in your legs or stomach or something, naturally it'll have to take it from where it is stored.
This works out your obliques. You can’t spot reduce fat. If you want to lose your love handles you need to lose weight which simply requires a calorie deficit
