Great work with Fei Long! The Japanese version of this game (and also SSF2 The New Challengers) is far superior to US and World versions of this ROM. Those versions are not remotely fair and the CPU just plain cheats, it isn't even close to fun to play them, it's just annoying. Makes me wonder how they where successful given how frustrating they are to play and it's weird because it's nothing like Champion Edition and Hyper Fighting played, so I don't know what was behind their thinking in making such a drastic change. But thankfully, as far as I know they didn't do this again in future games.
