18:59 I’m sure Rico is a great broker, but it’s misleading not to mention that is typically a sales career. You have to bring in your own customers; if you ever do community networking events, you’ll meet a few mortgage brokers. Owning a restaurant & being there in the evening IS mortgage broker work, as well. Abby’s bad attitude probably actually reduced the number of clients he got, but he may have been able to cut back on daytime work hours due to the restaurant; it’s not the same as having a job that is paid a salary (mortgage brokers get a commission of your mortgage) and has no overlap.
If I owned a business like a hotel or restaurant and had the amazing opportunity for Gordon Ramsey to come in and transform it I would be so grateful I would probably fall to his feet and weep. It disgusts me that people are so egotistical they throw away such an amazing opportunity to be TRULY great. Not to mention incredibly rich. Just the status of having a business arranged by Chef Ramsey would make your value absolutely explode. Lines out the door all day. Amazing profits and higher wages and happier employees.
How can an Italian chef not know how to prepare fresh meatballs?? It's literally one of the easiest things to make! Ground meat mixed with spices, maybe some egg and/or crumbs for texture and a binder, form into balls, sear the outside, then cover and/or place in the oven until desired doneness.
I'm just gonna say at this point in the show if I was Gordon and they accused me of planting that mouse. I would have said okay Goodbye. I don't have to waste my time in my money trying to help you. You call for my help. And this is what you want or accusing me of doing and I would have gathered up all my crew left
I genuinely fill sorry for delusional people i think its a defense mechanism so they don't hate themselves. Self love is important but when hit with truth it will become overwhelming and can cause a mentally breakdown. She needs weed or microdosing mushrooms or ketamine because her life was filled with trauma and she isn't coping well. Like a dirty politician and rich entitled peoples she isn't taking accountability. They actually got rewarded for their delusions which are just self confirmation that just makes things worse for herself and society especially in her community. In my opinion they don't deserve to be business owners. I see it all too much in rural communities where employees get treated like garbage. Slave labor type behavior. The dehumanizing nature of their attitudes are disgusting. These people need to be held accountable accross the board. What kind of world do we live in?
I started my life in Northern California then moved to utah now I'm in colorado going to move to Arizona here soon! It's just so ironic I know every place in this story by heart! It makes it way more easier to tell what kind of person she truly is. She sucks
