Kentarō Miura was undoubtedly one of those great men who, before leaving us, made sure to leave behind him the imprint of his greatness. Its influence on the world is almost non-existent, but its impact on readers is inestimable. Reading Berserk is much more than life-changing; it is to alter one's perception of the world, it is to glimpse human nature in all its complexity, it is to realize that certain things remain inexplicable. It is understanding that the world is both duality and unity. Ultimately, Berserk is life.
Another super interesting chapter discussion. As you get closer to the eclipse chapters I have question of what way are you reading book/online because in the book some chapters where taken out but online they are still there. I'm not sure what chapter but would you be talking about the cut chapter/chapters?
Hey, I‘m always happy to hear from you. Glad you could take something away from this episode. :) We are currently reading it online. As of now, Corny and I both want to cover those chapters that have been taken out. I find that chapter about the idea of evil super interesting (I thought it was only one chapter but I might be mistaken here). :) Do you regard it as canon?

the discussion of puck I completely agree I loved how he almost grounded guts and brought him back from him going completely insane in the lost children's arc and his transition to a comic relief character made me sad. I hope with the newer chapters he goes back to his older self. Another great episode keep it up!

Love see someone else's reactions to the crime that is berserk 2016/2017. Also try changing the focus of the camera you're using. It focuses at a much closer distance than you're sitting it seems. No hate only love for what you're doing and trying to help you get more popular and make money for your efforts :)

I remember staying up till around 4am watching the 97' anime and after the trauma that was the eclipse I click on the "season 2" button and it switches to berserk 2016 🙏😭

The idea that Studo Gaga has been established as a „back up plan“ for the possibly of Miura-San passing away can be traced back to some RU-vidrs speculations, no an actual trustworthy source. Moreover, there are many conflicting comments online regarding Miura-Sans health before his passing. In an article online (linked in the description), his Chief Assistant denies the claim that he has been unhealthy prior to his death. I apologize for the misinformation and strongly recommend to see to those sources yourself in order to make up your mind about it. Your ownership of the comment is respectable. Thanks for looking further into it. I always saw people making claims about Miura's health on forums etc but it only ever popped up right when he died and, like you said, his assistants and publisher denied it. He was always very jovial in his interviews, so I have very serious doubts that, even if he had any health issues, it was a result of his work. When he had commented in a very old interview about his work style being unhealthy, I always interpreted is as being more of an issue with work-life balance than actual physical or even mental health, and his lightheartedness in the interview supports that idea in my opinion.
Where do you hear that Miura was sick or had health problems and wanted to set up his studio in the car of his decline or death? Everything I have read from interviews and comments from his friends and staff say he was always very healthy and his death was extremely sudden.
Hey, Corny told me he saw a video where they talk about Miura having health problems and also mentioning Studio Gaga in that sense. I've put it into the description. I am afraid I have not seen it myself. I will check it out and evaluate if it's far-fetched and has no actual basis. I tried to communicate that we were talking about the hypothetical case of Studio Gaga being a "back up plan", as I have not heard anything like that before but did not want to dismiss Corny's "fact" immediately. Thank you for pointing that out. I'll put a big disclaimer in the comments if it turns out to be untrue. I also try to look up the interview with Miura I mentioned, where he speaks about his early work routine being unhealthy. Appreciate your imput. :)
