This is an awesome band! Great sounds, great vocals! Very curious about the Boss GX-100, which I’m figuring out right now. I presume these are not stock-patches you use?
I ordered this pack today and it’s finally got my gt1000 sounding like I want it too. Everything worked great after following the simple instructions, thanks.
I got this and it is amazing. Thank you Glenn. I have tried to emulate this tone since 1976 when the album came out. LOL. Now im 59 yrs old and i can finally emulate Boston tone.
Just spent an hour in the store on a GX100 and struggled a little bit. Dialling in a couple of edge of breakup amps, did love the responsiveness compared to the pod go but it just felt a bit more digital to my ears. Loved the fast patch changing but didn't pull the trigger on buying it over my pod go.
Glenn does a superb job with these. I grabbed his 4CM and Std Patches for the GT-100 and they were a game changer, upgrading recently to a GT Core these were a must have. The Marsh 1960 IR is far superior to any of the defaults. The presets are great... the Plexi is really sweet. But just as important you get to see how a signal chain is tweaked, take note of the settings of the effects, the amp blocks, the approach and how the chain is constructed, use them as a template as you create your own. Incredible value here.
Hey man, sounds great. I own a lot of the Michael Britt stuff, but these edited versions you are playing are not available to download anywhere I'm guessing?
