The most satisfying thing with Boomer is if you can turn the tables on him. Sniper rifle (with the Crippling legendary effect), and The Penetrator perk. By breaking his fusion core, you can place him on the receiving end of a nuclear blast.. and if you're extra lucky, you can steal his power armor.
Just out of curiosity, what would happen if you managed to get a ricochet trigger on an enemy that is using a Legendary weapon with the 'Exposive' effect on it...? Would the bullet that travels back to them be an Explosive one? If you are standing too close, could you potentially get hurt, too...?
you can find sentient robot that doesn't know its a robot in game, if you want to be realistic than mini nukes literally shouldn't work. watch the game theory video.
