Seeing all these papers almost makes Twilight sorry for the new princess because she knew that that princess was going to lose her friends as well. Though Twilight has lost so much she could honestly care less . Her friends were gone, her family was gone, and she was all alone. She was going to leave it up to the princess. It was her responsibility now to rule Equestria and if she was okay with losing her friends. That was fine, Twilight hoped that this ruler would be a lot better than she. Though Twilight had no regrets for leaving, back then in a time of love and friendship , maybe she would have cared and would have second guessed herself, but. Those times were over, and she was tired after years of pleasing others. Now, she was just waiting til her life would end, even if it would take thousands of years. Even if she took it herself. ALSO PLEASE DO NOT COME AFTER ME I KNOW ABOUT G5 AND STUFF AND I KNOW THIS ISN`T. THE BEST AND THIS STORY WOULD NOT WORK OUT BECAUSE OF THE ALREADY CANON STUFF, THIS WAS JUST A SHORTER VERSION OF THE STORY RUNNING THROUGH MY HEAD AND THIS IS JUST WHAT I BELIEVE COULD HAVE HAPPENED AFTER THIS VIDEO IF THE CREATOR MADE A PART TWO! Okay, Twilight still has Discord, Celestia and Loona and Cadence. Most likely, no matter how angry Twilight is with Celestia and Loona, they are the ones who understand her best(especially Celestia). And I am sure that they won't leave her in such difficult moment Discord is weird person. During MLP to Twilight, he was very annoying, but he definitely didn't wish her harm. He've lost his best friend and love. I think, he'd have helped Twilight. At least they have the same problem. And I think, Discord will cope with the loss of Fluttershy.Bro had literally hundreds of years been hearing all around, but can't even moving.He suffered a lot. But I'm not sure about Cadence. She is literally the personification of love аnd she isn't as experienced as other princesses. If she loses Shining Armor(she love him even more than Twilight love her friends), she will grieve for a long time and won't soon realize that she can continue to spread her love. At first, she should help herself. Celestia have lost her teacher(for a long time), parents, old friends, sister(for a long time).She's forced to go to events and meet a bunch of the same ponies that she'll never see again. Being part of the royal family is a luxury, but being a princess means sacrificing yourself to the people. Celestia ruled for a long time not because she wanted power, but because she didn’t want anyone to suffer like she did. She needed a pony who was willing to sacrifice herself for Equestria and Twilight was the perfect choice. Celestia's teacher (Star Swirl) probably (judging by his first appearance) didn't give friendship the attention it deserved. Celestia understood the importance of friendship. Thanks to friendship lessons, she created a better version of herself(Twilight). Twilight have become an incredible pony. She's a true leader . When she came in charge, all races have become peaceful. Letting her go would be a huge mistake. Alicorn Twilight was needed by Equestria, not just by Celestia, but returning to her loneliness, probably what wasn't included in the plans, but what Celestia needed, was the Discord's return . Discord is immortal like her and she definitely wanted him to become her friend(or lover ?). She was first who believed that Discord could exist in harmony . Although maybe this was also part of some plan, because Discord is a very mysterious character(Celestia may have known about Discord's return when she passed on the elements of harmony to mane 6) . Twilight will never find the lover or a lot of friends for life but she isn't alone at least... In some episodes we see the relationship between Loona and Celestia, it is quite healthy. They need only each other to be happy. So I think that Twilight will be able to be friends with Cadence and perhaps this will be enough for them (despite the distance). Btw this led me to believe that Celestia purposely made two princesses rather than one with not such a big time difference so they wouldn't end up lonely. Celestia is really wise . In fact, the last episode already touches on the topic of breaking up with friends. Twilight is very worried, but this is how her friends react: Apple Jack : "Change is natural like the seasons ." Pinkie Pie : "Worry? Pff no way! Fluttershy : "Moving to Canterlot, being crowned . I can't think of a single bad thing about any of it." Rainbow Dash: "Sorry, Twilight, I don't have time to talk." Rarity: "Darling, change is an integral part of fashion . I myself am considering opening boutiques for non-ponies . Things must evolve or they become stale ... You see, darling! Change can be fabulous if embrace it!" But then they burst into tears and said how worried they really were, but judging by what was said earlier, they, not without difficulties, at least put up with Twilight’s departure a little. But Twilight herself cann't hide her emotions even for a second; in the end, she tells her friends everything directly and they cry together, saying how afraid they are of separation but still going to the coronation. This moment, maybe in the future, would have helped Twilight cope with the death of her friends. She didn't know what awaited her in Ponyville, but she moved on. They (Twilight and friends) didn't know what awaited them after the separation, but they moved on. Twilight doesn't know what awaits her after the loss of people close to her, but she must move on . And I think she can. She's gone through a lot of changes in her life and I think she can handle it. This video reminded me of the alicorn problem. Thanks for the masterpiece. Which also explains why we didn't see her pursue Flash Sentry, knowing she would outlive him and lead to another heartbreak. " I tend to handle things usually by myself" She is forced to rule alone, regardless of how Celestia told her that the mane 6 would rule together. "How did i get here? I need to know" This isn't that clear but evelili did an AMAZING job of interpreting it. Obviously Twilight is regretting ever agreeing to becoming a ruler and wants to make different choices so as that she could stay with her friends. "I guess i maybe had a couple expectations" Twilight really believed that they would rule together. She didn't think of what the future would bring, as each and every one of her friends succumbed to fate. " I guess i thought that prom was gonna be fun" Obviously she thought being a princess would be different. As she would have her friends by her side. SO basically the creator did an AMAZING OUTSTANDING JOB. Like honestly this was really done well. Kudos to you. This is and always will be one of my favorites.

I expected for apple jack and rainbow dash to die first. Followed by flutershy and pinkie pie. Lastly, rarity, tho I think it's gotta do with the fashion industry. A lot of fashion people I see are living to ridiculous high ages.
honestly i think it's bcoz of the fact that pinkie and aj are earth ponies, with the least magic so they die first. then pegasi, so dash and fluttershy, then unicorns with the most magic, which is rarity who dies last

I just realized that the first panel she was happy and her and her friends were young and then in the next panel that she is with her friends she is emotionless and her friends are happy and old and the more it goes the more times passes and her friends died one by one and that makes me so so sad to look at. 😭😔😞😢 Pls I saw that all the friends have their own badges and then after they all died she had them on her wall were her crown was at.
Celestia and Luna had each other before the Nightmare Moon banishment for a thousand years incident. Twilight didn't have anyone left. As ironic as it is for her to outlive her best friends maybe it's for her to appreciate friendship more? is this why the g5/ 3d version of Equestria, the 3 pony races is in discord because even the princess of Friendship can't have her own friends????
Ugh, i wish the show got rid of this depression. Either 1, maybe all her friends into Alicorns. Sure they will watch everyone around them die but atleast they wouldn't be alone and would be able to be there for each other. Or 2, maybe add some kind of romance between Twilight and Celestia or Luna, that would probably end up working out good. Maybe, or Discord but that would probably be a chaotic relationship if you know what i mean. Oh wait heres a better idea and probably the most simplest, make it so Alicorns have the ability to enter the after life and back whenever they want visiting there loved ones! Honestly, for a kids show, making Twilight an Alicorn is probably the most darkest episode the more you really think about it, they could have fixed this but no, just leave everyone depressed. And then G5 came along and that sucksd. When Celestia made Twilight an Alicorn my first thought was; "are you serious? You manipulated Twilight into making freinds since the first episode just to make her watch them die in front of her and outlive them"? And then whats worst is Celestia then gives Twilight the title "Princess of friendship"! Who does that!?
