Hi there! I'm Inferno :D I do the dododo thing and every once in a while a song poofs into existence! Okay, in all seriousness, I'm a vocal music education major who also just happens to write music - mostly DreamSMP related at the moment, but I do other stuff, too. Feel free to DM me on Insta (@trashyinferno) if you ever want to collab!
Am I the only one who imagine all the gods who deals with death like Hades, hel and others from different places would sing this if they lose there demi children? Or when they lose people who work with them?
dude this song is amazing! I especially like the end, you can clearly hear her panic as she sees what Philza is becoming and what is happening before her. Beautiful work!!
I have listened to this so many times now, and cried over it just as many. This is so pretty. Your accent, the harmonies??? You capture her pain so well, only able to watch has her husband and son live such pain, waiting for the day they can be safe at her side.
I love how in the captions it goes from showing Eret saying "it was never meant to be" to "Eret?". Basically hinting to Wilbur's "it was never meant to be" soon after. (+"Eret?" and Wilbur's bits lining up together at the end so it says "It was never meant to be My L'manburg" which perfectly calls back to Wilbur's entire unfinished symphony stuff) And how Wilbur's "our L'manburg" eventually changes to "My L'manburg" as he gradually grows more paranoid and shuts out the people he deems untrustworthy, meaning that he believes it's only HIS L'manburg bcus he thinks no one else is loyal to it! The thought that went into this song is INSANE and I love it so much! <3

I’d just like to say that this song is absolutely beautifully written and performed. The fact that you can sing all of the parts to create a rich acapella piece really speaks to your range. Keep up your good work!!
I love this and Woe to the People of Order, but i have mever played or followed Minecraft. Is there ANYWHERE i can just read the narrative of what all these beautiful songs are based on?? I just want to know the story 😢
The first time i heard this song i was playing minecraft with my friend and when i heard the wither sounds i thought he was killing a wither and asked him why he spawned one in our base but turns out its just the song
The ancient warrior has come to rest. He now looks down at us. The story ends, but not quite. He looks down at us, chuckling at our mourning. We keep his memory alive. Even though everything felt as if it had fallen apart, it is not. For what we think is the end is the beginning of an amazing reign. Techno rules the afterlife now. Our lost pets and family members at his side. Technoblade never dies. ❤
Aight so, I usually have music on while I work, so I don't see titles or anything it took up until mentioning WITHERS being summoned for me to recognize this was a minecraft song
