I've read that cooler temperatures drive tar spot. Is that true? It's forecasted to be hot. How does that affect your plans to use fungicide this early.
Mershman not only the friend in my field, but also the company that is there beside me to supply great genetics but also the support through the growing season to maximize my bottom line. In addition the entire team accessibility when needed takes into account seed needs, seed delivery, agronomic questions and field visits, growing advice, ( even caring listening when needed) sets this company apart from all others. How many seed suppliers can have a Joe, and Turk, and Ben, and Caryole, and Ryan, and John, and Nolan, and Mitchell that you can call on a first name basis and they know you. P.S. where else can one get such great comedy matrerial ;)
Be careful what you wish for. Growers are turning in other growers left and right. If you keep doing what you are doing there will not be any dicamba sprayed on corn. Dicamba is quickly becoming the only post emerge product that can work in corn. Keep it up idiots and Waterhemp is going to take over.
Loving this. Harry is just a down to earth guy and that is what makes Iowa different. All our richest don't flaunt it. They just want better for the future. They live modest lives and keep on working.
So huge your farm. I love gardening of vegetables and fruits here on the top of the mountain. Please visit my Channel and Subscribe if you like the content.
We’re doing 2 pints Enlist one with 2 lbs. dry ams, 2 pints generic glyphosate, 6 oz. each of Loveland’s Reign and Strike Force and .5 pints of Dual II. on our E3 beans. We’re getting some leaf burn which I’m assuming comes from the ams. Can smell 24d for several days but not a problem for me.
Very informative. Sounds like HarvExtra will have a pretty hefty price. I may be wrong, I think they said around $8.50/#. If you have a bigger window to cut and retain quality, might be worth.
Thanks again for the info.----86 degrees----Are we talking, air temp, or leaf temp ?Haven't taken any leaf temp here yet, but re interested. I am assuming you are saying leaf temp
