Please beware, to IR controller is non-intuitive, it doesn't have a way to light the screen without changing a function. Also the Toshiba Android apps are total garbage, they are like 2/2,1 stars. People constantly complaining about them not working correctly, nothing changes. Even I was unable to connect it to the units. No such problem with LG or other appliances. Also it is not possible to buy additional cover colors despite all the ads.

I had purchased Toshiba inverter 3 units air-conditioning in 2019. Since then it has been experiencing issue, starting with 1unit having issue, with occasionally 2 units having same issues. Been serviced twice (service contract with GC) but problem not solved at all. Yesterday (25May 22), all 3 units failed totally. Same fault happened to all 3 units. Problem: Flickering on 2 units and no response from the other remaining unit. The check with error codes 02 , 1C and 20. Quite disappointed with the brand and reliability of the units. Like to check if anyone experienced this before and what us the resolution .

thanks for the video - it´s helpful for maintenance - I was searching for it due to some issues with wlan connectivity. The integrated wlan modul does not support the WPA2/3 standard. Had to downgrade my router security to WPA1/2 to link the modul into my wlan system. Hope the next firmware upgrades the modul to this common WPA3 security standard.... Beyond this issue the Haori works well and the modern design is a progress in air conditioning - thanks
