You can see the old food in the ice in the frig. you can see handprints on the headboard. There was some dirt or something in the toilet before he flushed. If you want to see something scary, then go to the train station. Hand test! Is he kidding! pull out the pillows from the pillowcase and you will see the many stains. the nightmare is when you pull back the sheets and see the mattress. Mine looked like a dumpster mattress with blood stains ALL over and stool and cig burns, women's blood, semen and blood spatter from shooting up and there was NO mattress cover at ALL! The floor had not been mopped in months ( I clean hospitals behind lazy workers and am the best at what I do so I know) and the carpet was so nasty that the girl downstairs at the desk gave me a BUNCH of towels to cover the floor. She did not say there were any other rooms for me but was very nice and helpful and I hope she gets a much better job. They were having a festival at the park and I with some others had our flights canceled and had to find rooms. The hotels downtown Harford were so very caring when they knew that flights were canceled and you go to the train station downtown and Uber to the airport, so they all helped by raising the cost of a $200 a night room to $600 or more! Go to the REAL reviews and you will see for yourself what is being said about the Capital View. They refuse to pay back your money when you run out of the place and leave the next day. They just keep it and I am not the only one they did that to. It is a nasty, nasty, nasty place and I think they have something going on with letting homeless or welfare folk stay there because the room I got looked like it should be a welfare hotel. Don't take my word for it...look it up. They might have one or two rooms that are nice but that might have been 2 years ago when that review was made. I went last year. I have video to prove all of this and will post. Do not stay there. With all the homeless across the street you would not want to anyway. When I was in New Haven where I went for my mother funeral, there was a shooting and killing at that train station an hour or 2 after I had left and I had to get rid of a guy that was following me when he saw my ring. And it was way nicer.

I last rode this in August 2021(this past August) and the indicator was messed up. It said GR as 1, *1(the main floor) as 2, 2R as 3, 2 as 4, and 3R as 5.
