2008-09 type world global recession has started in India which has adversely affected the job market and other sectors. This has also badly impacted the real-estate sector and Property market is badly crashed in Yamuna expressway, Noida Expressway, Sector 150 and in Noida extension due to unrealistic prices demanded by Builders and other investors. Pls avoid investing in these areas and better to wait and watch for another 5-6 month to get the clear picture. Also NA has not approved OC and has not opened the registry in sector 150 due to which both builders & investors are not able to sell their unsold flats at higher rate. Its your hard earned money please never come under any influence after seeing any such news or videos where these middlemen ( TV channels, Broker, agent or social media influencers) are misguiding the general public by spreading news that market is doing great and prices will go up in future. Pls avoid investing your money in any construction linked or plot scheme where chances of fraud are much higher and stick to only ready-2-move in category (only if OC & registry is present)

मलिक साहब , यह बहुत अच्छी बात है कि आप लोगों को मार्गदर्शन कर रहे हैं । लेकिन सर अधिकांश मामलों में किसी भी चीज की सिफारिश अथवा विज्ञापन / प्रचार किया जाता है कि आप फलां फलां चीज खरीदें और इसकी ये विशेषताएं हैं , और यह मार्केट से कम कीमत में यहां पर उपलब्ध है । अधिक से अधिक कई बार दो अथवा दो से अधिक आयटमस की तुलना करके अथवा किसी एक को बैहतर बता कर उसको खरीदने की सलाह दी जाती है । लेकिन माफ कीजिएगा साहब , आपको यह नहीं करना है , इसको करने में ये - ये नुकसान हैं। सिर्फ इतना बताना पहली बार देखने को मिला है ।

सर जिसने पहले किसान कोटा प्लाट पहले खरिद लिये वह क्या करे अब। रजिस्टर एग्रीमेंट रजिस्टर पावर अटॉर्नी वसियत का कोई लाभ नही मिलेगा । किसान तो बोईमानी पर आ गया । मैने भी एक प्लाट खरीद रखा है किसान मर गया । @@MalikProperties17
