This video is absolutely ridiculous. One should not touch dye film or card without wearing cotton gloves in order to keep sweaty skin away from the desired product. Failure to be sensible will lead to yellow blotches and users moaning.
I cannot find anything definitive on this. Do MA1000K ribbons work on the Pronto100 or are the only ribbons that work the MD brand? This is a big sticking point on whether or not we purchase the product.
Sadly, they tell you nothing about the proper way to feed cards, if you already have a printed side. Assuming, all the settings to print are in default mode, for example on a vertical card you're not rotating the back only, etc., then hand feed with the blank side up and the printed side down. The top of the vertically printed image should go into the machine first with the blank side up.
