Russia stated just a few days ago that when they speak of tactical nuclear strikes, they ARE NOT talking about targets within Ukraine. The tactical nukes would likely be used in Poland and or Romania, and NOT in Ukraine.

Funny old thing. It is ok for Russia to use Iranian, Chinese and North Korean weapons on targets in Ukraine but when Ukraine uses allies weapons against Russians ….. It really is time for sense to prevail and this unnecessary war to be stopped.

If russia has first strike capabilities and ability to wipe out Kiev with new "Advanced" weapons etc as this man says, then why has it taken 28 months for russia to take a few miles of land on eastern Ukraine, why not just take the capitol quickly and the war ends under new russian government rule, this would then prevent NATO from installing army bases, nuclear weapons etc...i dont understand it, anyone help me out here with an opinion?
