I really wish I could get Japanese green peppers “peaman”. I wonder if this would work with Melrose peppers…..or shishito peppers.? Shishito peppers are readily available.
Kijima-San, thank you posting this chicken meatball hack. I used it in a recipe that I had for Turkey (I used chicken) meatballs in Thai Massaman curry sauce. The chicken meatballs were fluffy and tender and went very well in the Massaman curry sauce. Everyone commented on how good the chicken meatballs were! Really enjoy your postings. Perhaps you can consider adding English captions sometime in the future. I showed your RU-vid post to my friends and they said they would be interested in following you if you had English captions.
