PatHatcher's Rocktography! I started carrying a small camera with me to concerts in 2009 and taking videos at shows became a fast hobby. The majority of my videos are of local bands here in Athens, Ga., ranging from internationally known bands (ie: Widespread Panic, Cracker) to newly formed bands ( SNAP!, Dangfly), to impromptu jam sessions with awesome local musicians you have probably never heard of (Monday Blues Nights with Big C, Fester Hagood's Tuesday Night Confessors) and everything in between. There is a massive amount of creative musical energy and talent in this little college town and I strive support local music by promoting them through my videos. In addition to local bands, I shoot videos of bands that come through Athens or Atlanta on tour. I occasionally upload videos of me doing acoustic covers of songs that I like (Playlist "PatHatch Covers") or of something totally random and weird that I deem RU-vid-worthy. Enjoy! And Support Local Music!
Thank you for sharing an example of the ‘telepathic transitions’ which make the Boys magical…. Oteil implied/set the tone, and then the Js brought it back home to close……MicknBob, you passed it on to the ( 😉)young ‘uns!🔥🎁👏👏👏💐💗😎👏
It's like Mayer has never heard this song before or even knows how to jam... such hack playing. It's like he's playing a different song. Sorry but true. Someone like Jimmy Herring could shred this. Great videos always tho...
When I was a kid in fifth grade my mother and her friend Bob from Santa cruz took me and my sister to a dead concert at shoreline. I remember the band playing this song and there was a strange smell in the air. It was my first concert. I have the coolest mom!
I was at this show, too. While I thought the show was very good and I enjoyed myself I can say with 100% certainty that Alanis lip-syncs. I've heard many claims about her doing this but I've never seen her. Last night I was 3rd row and and on at least 2 occasions I saw her lip syncing. The first time was pretty early in the show. She was walking to the mic and an entire line of lyrics were playing and her mouth was closed. Pretty blatant. I shared this with the person I went to the show with and at first she said 'no way she's doing that' and then later, she herself said "oh yeah! definitely!". Kinda sad but that's actually very common. While this would probably cause me to not see her again, I still had a very good time and the place was packed, creating a nice overall vibe.
Just got home from this show WOW!!!!!! Alanis is a BAD ASS!! 30 plus years later... Band was incredible Place was Packed to the fences, , crowd was engaged..... Sound was spot on.... I can't say enough about this experience I just had...
Was there with my wife and kids and it was incredible. Afterwards more 14 year pls said to us in the car ' that was the greatest nigth of my life' - really cool
I heard this song for the first time when Eric Clapton was playing a concert at the old Fillmore East with Dereck & the Dominoes, ( I think it was1970 )
Watched half of this with eyes closed. Since I’ve seen the vids of this song a lot. I could see her younger self sing. Sweetness! I opened them as Cindy started to groove. Drums way to loud but for what it is not bad all. Well done Cindy!!
