I have this same IFB microwave.. and I tried baking my cakes several time but each and every time, I ended up either with a uncooked cake even at 180 degree. Now tried this hack and still couldn’t make it. The cake was again tilted and uncooked at 150 degree for 45 mins.

1. Dust your cake tin with flour n oil or line with paw paper 2. Once baking is done keep only for 10 to 15 minutes in the pan and then demould. If you keep for longer period cake will stick to the bottom

It's only by proper measurement that you can reproduce your results. Commercial bakeries spend a lot on buying the best scales because it saves them money in the long run and each loaf is a constant weight!

One more doubt mam, can I bake the cake in alluminium tray using micro+conv. mode
Hi, my problem while baking the bread is I follow all the instructions well, the bread is baked, it looks soft and tastes delicious after cooled and eaten but after the bread is stored in the fridge and removed next day to consume it starts to break and doesn't hold the shape. What must be the reason and how can it be rectified? Please guide.
