A few months ago one open up in Smiths Grove Ky, I only live 22 miles from it. I really like the Texas cheesesteak burrito (yum!) and the beaver nuggets. The bbq sauce on the brisket sandwiches is way to sweet for me. The fudge variety pack is really good also. I have quickly learned to stay away on weekends and holidays LOL!
That “hall of fame” board is actually a sign of the houses of lower classmen at Lawrenceville Prep School in Mercer County. What the sign is actually measuring is unknown, but all the names on the board are the names of the houses where students boarded during the school term.
We stopped at the one in Kentucky off of 65 on our way home to Tennessee yesterday. Buc-ee's reminds me of the scene in a movie I saw, I can't remember the name of it, where the kids went into an arcade and drank something and it made them want to stay forever and never leave....... It's like you just can't leave
Just got home to the pittsburgh area from a week long trip to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Totally worth the drive! Buc-ee's is TOP NOTCH! I stopped there 4 TIMES during my stay. All I can say is we need a couple up here in PA! I love Sheetz, but Buc-ee's puts it to shame!
I enjoyed your video. I saw lots of cool stuff...but nobody buying much. Tells me prices were really high and not garage sale prices. Maybe it should be the 127 longest antique store! Lol
I'll take things I will never do with an EV for $1000 Alex. *Drive to a large gas station* Drill, baby drill. Thankfully I got a Buc-ees not more than 15 min from my house. The place is nuts.
We are currently in Danville Ky. We are from Alabama and hit the interstate early Wed and got off the interstate and on 127 in Florence, Ky. We are working our way Back toward Alabama. We have been doing this yard sale for over 17 years and this year there seems to be much less sales. Still having a great time interacting with lots of good people.
Thanks for sharing! We’ve seen some on the decline and some that are more robust. Crossville, Tennessee didn’t disappoint. Right now we’re at Clark Range, Tennessee. Safe travels home!
My wife and I made the metal man that you discussed with Andy about at 1:12 minutes. We enjoyed building it, Glad Stoggy made it on u- tube. We are now famous. Andy is good friend.
