The Conference leaders are acting like Caiaphas head of the sanhedrin. Covering up, censorship, shady dealings with the roman governors, compromise, not interested in the followers of Christ or Vine, arrogance, acting holy but taking bribes, persecuting thy brother etc.
Jesus says I am the way the “truth, and the life. The Spirit of truth is Jesus. Jesus is the Holy Spirit. Only He can be our comforter, because He is the One who became incarnate so He can be our mediator, and our High Priest in the Heavenly sanctuary. You are denying Jesus’s meditation in the Heavenly sanctuary by claiming that the third person of the godhead is our comforter. How can one who was not tempted as we are be our comforter. How can one who was not bruised for iniquity be our healer. The bible says” He was bruised for our iniquity and with His-stripes we are healed. How can one who was never incarnate be our comforter?!
Dr McNulty, of course the Son of God is divine! Thats because He is truly, not metaphorically the Son of God! And yes indeed, the holy spirit of God and of His Son is a person, it is the holy spirit OF the Father and His Son Jesus ( john 14:23). Christ is the One represented as "standing at the door", not someone else; it is "Christ in you" who is "the hope of glory" not anyone else; it is "Jesus Christ the righteous" who is our advocate/comforter, and none other (1 john 2:22). Sounds Awesome!! Camp meeting is such a rich and spiritual inheritance of our country. I love attending my churches camp meeting every year. The cafeteria has great food and it is a blessing to be able to stay on the camp ground either at somebody's cabin or in the dormitory. Although it is very much like a revival it is more of a retreat from the drudgery of the daily work life and a time to recharge your batteries and enjoy the fellowship.

So sad that we have rejected the words of Ellen White as a people regarding interpretation of the Bible. If we knew and understood how to interpret scripture according to Mrs. White then every wind of doctrine would not be currently blowing in the church as it is and we all would see immediately that this man as sincere and believing as he may be is here in this video teaching error. May God convict him to use the rules of prophetic interpretation endorsed by Ellen White. Have mercy on your people please Lord.

Like Job 13:15 “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.” We must make our own choices. as we trust in God to be our Saviour/Master/Leader/Helper/Friend.
