The indices at 12 should be resolved by Traska. It's a simple fix really, just put them together. All said, it's a great looking watch and a great piece!
Man, too bad the channel went tits up, because I did like the style of your videos. Just bought the 38 mm dark green sunburst dial Commuter. Proper Rolex OP vibes, with interesting colour choices and on your doorstep exactly one week after placing the order. Always surprised that anyone would notice your watch, irrespective of the dial hue. Wore a Tiffany blue dial Islander for a short while, only the most watch interested colleagues had a casual check.
A really brilliant fair, honest review, thanks. Off the back of this I'm gonna get one on order... Is this the best bang for buck for under £600? The only real question I have is, how does the Nodus Sector compare... Would love you to do a comparison! 🤪👌👊
Hi, really liked your no nonsense and real life review on the S302 so much so that you made my mind up on purchasing one ,which I have! Truly a lovely watch. Was going to ask you about the slight scuff you accidentally inflicted on the bezel of your watch and did you manage to get it removed and if so how was it removed? Many thanks, Mark
Lovely watch. Have you still got it in your rotation. How’s the hardening on the steel holding up? Did you have to pay any import fees? Not keen on paying and then paying again.
I hadn't heard of Astor Banks watches. I checked them out - very nice, but the mint green and powder blues are sold out. 38.5mm case, too, so a slightly different animal (and a little bit pricier), but very nice overall - - I would seriously consider buying one if they were available, though there's a bit too much text on the dial for my general preference. Traska has a No Date version of the Commuter available now too... overall, I like it a lot.
I just bought mine on the 5th August 23, it immediately went “out of stock” so guess i got lucky there! What can i say, what a beautifully made watch, the detail is everywhere! Im glad it’s a 41, i don’t think it would look as good in 39, i opted for the metal strap version, as that made the best economical sense, if i want the leather strap, which i also really liked it on, i can always get that later, although i can’t help thinking it would look amazing on a James Bond nato too Really Glad i purchased it, it’s so completely different to anything i have seen recently, and way different to my Seamaster 300, as special as that is to me, this just has a unique feel to it, it’s certainly heavy, but not that you notice it on, it’s a very tactile thing, superbly made and finished, love it from every angle, the colour way will surely make this a classic for the future too Seen have some negative comments about the bezel being slack? Mine moves and sounds like an expensive safe lock! I only have a modest collection of just 5 watches, but this Is my first ever Tudor, there may well be others to come 😂 the Harrods has caught may attention All the time Rolex virtually block you from obtaining one of their models, other manufacturers will benefit, especially when they are made like this BB GMT s&g is
I think it is a very nice watch, I am a person with a thin wrist and I think I would be perfect, in addition to the fact that a new version with improvements to the box will soon come out. We'll see how it goes, but I'm interested in buying one of them. Tanks for the video
Bought one last week. The bracelet « jangliness » is nothing like a 1980’s Rolex Datejust one. It comes from the very good articulation of each link, making for a comfortable experience on the wrist. Don’t let yourself be put off by this.
People Still complaining about the thickness of these 41mm Tudors need to accept that these watches are not made for slim wrists. The dimensions are spot on. This is a very nice Tudor and better than the BB Pro which is too small for its height hence why I sold mine after 3 weeks of ownership and got the Pepsi GMT instead.
Just to confirm, gold plating and gold capping are not the same. Gold plating is typically very thin - over time, the gold will rub off in spots prone to rubbing against things. With a gold capping, the gold is much thicker. Not only should it not rub off, you can also refinish it a few times without exposing the steel underneath.
Great video. I got one them and I am loving it. I got it with a leather band and a deployment clasp. The thick leather with the deployment clasp seemed bulky at first but then the leather had softened. I am actually waiting for an order on the steel bracelet to ship, and with your feedback, I’m having second thoughts. The screws are commonly held in place by a threadlock. Did you apply some heat with a torch before turning the screws?
On vacation with family in Florida and was able to purchase one. I walked right by it on display. Wasn’t interested till I saw it on the sales person. The patina on his watch was beautiful. Hate making impulsive buys but I couldn’t pass it up
I need a dive watch that I can beat the absolute piss out of and this the one! I was looking at Ulysse Nardin, Doxa, and Breitling until I found this. Instantly fell in love.
Ive never heard of your channel before and stumbled upon this video. And I am really impressed by the quality of your Video. Im going to look into others on your channel but from I just saw man people need to see your channel and you deserve far more followers. I can see how much effort you put into these videos
