No, it’s not Kyaukkachar (the village in my vlog) is situated in Paoh autonomous region of Southern Shan State. The one you mentioned, “the boarder of China Yunnan province and Myanmar”, pertains to the Wa State which is a Wa autonomous region. Accessing to that area is both restricted and arduous as far as I know..
