Glad to meet another Kaweco fan 😃 Yes, the pen is original as I bought it from Pen & Tool. They still selling it. The engraving for the Kaweco x Hello Kitty are same, only the year engraving the position one is up and one is down. Both pens have different box sleeve too to match their theme. Now they selling the 50th anniversary series with different box too, but the pink one looks same like the pink I owned. Thank you for asking. @@JournalInkSketch Gracias por tu respuesta. Soy fan de Kaweco y quería regalarle esa pluma a mi esposa pero ella no usa pluma fuente. Así que estoy pensando comprarla para mi. Pero tenía mis dudas de pluma en color azul Opel. Así que primero compraré la color Rosa Sakura y después la otra. Yo me encuentro en México u la única opción de compra de esa pluma es por Amazon. Hi Greetings 😉 there are a few ways. Most easiest is using an empty cartridge. Fill half & half with a syringe then use rags or paper tissue to cover the mouth of the cartridge and shake well. Or you can mix 1/3 & 2/3 depending what color you want to get from the mixture. If using converter also can , unscrew till top and fill the 2 inks. Or you can premixed the ink in a tiny bottle, shake well and using a syringe to pick up the ink to your empty cartridge or converter 😉 one day I will make a full video on different ways to mix ink and refill ink 😄

I did the ink test at the end of the video ☺️ I also used it in a few of my sketching videos. I mixed it so the shimmer is more diluted so my M nib won’t get stuck.
🤣 it’s ok, the FWP cabernet on the lake has a more brownish pink red with gold glitters, so when I mixed the kaweco summer orange, it’s become more like brick red and the glitters more shimmering as the color is lighter. I like to experiment ink mixing, sometime you can get unexpected colors that will surprise you 😍🦄

Actually yes😬 all my fountain pens are filled with ink, I rotate and use them. So far all ok. I do washed thoroughly after ink is finished. Then I refill again☺️
