I asked a friend what his Giant Alaskan Malamute eats: "anyhthing he wants!". because seriously, I've seen him take down a deer and catch fish in a creek, besides a healthy hefty breakfast. However, in the house, that giant would not touch food unless told to eat. He took over a king sized bed with no room to spare. loved that guy. the owner was ok too. 😁
I adopted a Biewer Yorkie at 4 months old - my first Yorkie. He is always happy, he's funny, loving & scared of nothing. He's 3 now, I love the breed 🐕🐾💙
My fur baby loves hugs i dont grab him i put my head against his thdn bury my head iin his fur and he loves it when i put my arms around him! I never pull him arpund ! He doesnt like loud nouses! Hes got separation anxiety but is never destructive! Id never dress him up! What ars they talking about treating animals like babies! My boy exer ises himself he doesnt rely on people to play with him! Daily he looks out the window and interacts with 2 cara he coos at the female and hisses at the male! He needs surgery! He cant digest anything but kitten food so he has to have a supplement!
I had one of these, he loved jumping on the bed and nearly pushing me off to make more room for himself 😂 He was also quite vocal and really good with people.
False my dog loves hugs and dogs like the owner to take charge I think it makes them feel safe just like it does for a human child children and dogs like to know who their leader is and discipline is also critical to a dog’s development and I would never yank any dog on a leash for no reason a gentle tugging to let them know when and where to go
My little shitzu, bischon mix dog tolerates hugs and kisses but he doesn’t seek them out. Now my cat is a different story. She will sit on my upper chest and lean her head up so she can get her kisses. I have been told that cats don’t like kisses I think the preference of each individual animal. ❤❤
Whoever wrote this script is in Fantasyland! Heavy pats on the head does seem to bother most dogs. But gentle pats are highly sought after. You got exercise and OVER eating right. Other than that, you sound like a Gen Z that thought some 💩 up and decided to make a video about it. P.S. I've had dogs for over 60 years.
If you have a close connection with your dog, you should already know what your dog likes or dislikes, just as your dog knows what you like or dislike. It's ridiculous that you assume you know what dogs hate.
My dog loved the forth of July and thunderstorms. When I had to leave him alone for more than an hour or two, I would put on his favorite album to listen to. Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon.
What ???? Wheres Ceasor when we need him when we listen to this junk... 🤨 As for vets... my dog absolutly hated them ! And they were gentle and kind to her. Even rubbed her boo boos after be given a shot...
Come on! the hug thing is bollox, plus the 'gaze' thing. As in..to state: ''all dogs like/ don't like xyz'' is ridiculous...just generalizations. Dogs, like humans, are all different, plus it depends on how they were raised! My dog clearly really enjoys hugs, and even gentle kisses on her head....she's learned that these are signs of love and bonding and attention from her humans.
My dogs get fed about the same time but i let them out at random times during the day i live south texas so no i will not let them out except a quick potty run in the middle of the day. They are not destructive or aggressive i actually work with my babies. When it comes to a new dog to our family i allow my dogs to know then safely and i get to know their behaviors through my dogs. So ya i understand some of these things but i won't treat my dogs differently than what i do now
My german shephard is not OK with just petting. She want's the bearhugs and comes for hugs. But not for too long. Just a whew seconds. She get's off me when she's done.
I only disagree on 3 things! Hugs) my puppy will hug me and wait till i hug him back. Head tap) he will come up and ask for me to pet tap his head (pet him with my open palm) Staring) he stares at me a lot and it builds strong bonds
