Same problem here. When I press 'up', the leg on the motor side goes 'up' but the leg on the other side does down by one level. No movement after that. Metal rod is fully inserted till the buckle is inside the leg. Any help?

@@elecwish7710 cool thank you! Oh one more thing do I put the packs in the freezer or fridge? The instructions say to put it in the fridge but I'd think it'd be better if they're frozen.
@@thecolt45a Hi, freeze the pack and put it into cooler fan that can make the cooling effect. If you add water directly, it is humidification. It depends on you. 😃
