Great looking houses but the only trouble with Rural housing is the Road, Storm water Drainage and Sewer infrastructure is almost nonexistent which will surely cause health hazards soon enough
Where is sense in building a house like that in rural areas. Those properties have Zero value as far banks (minus VBS) are concerned. They are worth nothing, owners will be lucky if they get a 1/4 of what they spent building them, if they were to sell. This is not an investment, its a waster of money. No wonder black people, educated or not, remain poor, far behind the next generation in other races. One has to wonder if the septic tanks are serviced given the collapse of their dismal municipalities.
