Hate listening to someone sniff and play with their damn snot. If you're sick, please don't record. We don't need to hear your sickness over a 12 minute video.. geesh
Someone tried to tell me a grizzly could catch wild horses by running them down I told him you really don’t know how fast and how much stamina horses have 😂 if this bear tried catching those horses they would have run out of the camera persons view and pulling away He couldn’t even catch another bear and her cubs even after she stopped to give the cubs rest then pull away again….. some people 😂😂😂 Great video 👍
I think each situation and bear is unique, I saw a video of a Grizzly that was far more athletic than this example, it ran miles at a high rate of speed and crossed a lake to kill a to kill a Elk, it was impressive.
@@tigerpaw5108 Yes that's true, and it is said that the Grizzly Bear is typically able to run 5 mph faster than the Black Bear. On Sept. 11 2020 at 6 AM I hit a Grizzly Bear in my Ford F-150 or more like it hit me. It came from the right at full stretch run and I have never seen a animal move that fast before, was a healthy male Grizzly about 5 to 600 hundred pounds, it was impressive! My Truck was a right-off , the bear was dead hit him between my headlights. Likely all bears not equal and how old is the Bear? Horses don't all run the same speed as well, so it depends I think.
@@skeena59 Uh yeah, all bears can climb but some can climb higher than others. cubs can climb the furthest up a tall tree because they are light. smaller bears such as females and black bears can climb higher than larger male bears or grizzlies, who are limited because of their larger weight. The more you weigh, the less tree you will be able to climb, that's why cubs instinct is to use climbing to escape danger from male bears. Male bears weigh a lot and that's not easy to carry up a tree.
Really cool video! Thanks for sharing.. As for the commenters who speculate that the larger male bear in pursuit of food and the prize (cubs and sow).. Human anatomy isn't even close to a bears when it comes to endurance and scale.. Had those been 1st year cubs, they would have been nuggets eaten in this video.. While she and the cubs kinda shook him off here, they are gonna have to rest eventually.. And, the male brown bears endurance is insane, especially when hungry and h0rny! The cubs likely aren't still alive.. And, she doesn't miss them now that she is pregnant again.. Bears don't even bleed out after being shot in most places like any other animal due to their blood and vascular system...
Male Bear was chasing them but going uphill he couldn't see them that why it slow down As the other bears went up on a zikzak The male Bear trace them slow by the scent as you can see went up slow following the scent on a zikzak
Aw poor babies and you can see that one is always lagging.. probably tired. That old bruin is using his nose to sniff them out, he wants to breed, stronger instinct than food
The male grizzly will eat the cubs to get the female into mating! It’s a terrible thing to humans but it is how mother nature works! I’m glad they got away but the sow bear will fight to her death to protect her cubs!
Yeah ,he was the male Grizzly ,, HE wld ve killed the young fur babes ( cubs) , So the female wld go back in heat,, Its Very Sad , But Em got away , I am sooo Glad momma ND her 2 fur babes gotten away , THANK GOD ❤❤❤ LOVE BEARS
It was in Yellowstone - Lamar Valley area. We really wanted to know how it ended but they dropped behind the hill. I'm betting Mom and babies got away 🐻
Thanks for the info. Have you seen any videos of a bear chasing food such as elk? Flat out non stop sprint at 30-35mph and they catch up and take down their meal. Has to be seen to believe it. Amazing.
