Im a big fan of Joe, but whoever is running the camera.... Can u stay still and just film without the up and down? Much better that way , and no headache from watching. Just a thought
Impressive but look up John hack his deadlift is unbelievable over 900 pounds at a body weight off 200 pounds , joe was weighing almost 290 pounds huge difference also John hack benched over 600 pounds
When it comes to rock, two bands that I’m actually used to hit me up for a competition that I just did today. We are Slipknot and Korn. Used to listen to both of the wrestling room and they still give me a violent food that helps me kill the weight.
You are absolutely right about the count. That’s what I do for let’s say 50 push ups. Counting in 10’s literally pushes you farther because mentally it doesn’t seem like much when you count to 10. Great Video!
2. Disturbed - Down With The Sickness , Dragula by Rob Zombie ( Nasser El Sonbaty posed with ) Ronnie Coleman’s top notch song played while working out was probably rap, Gutter Sh*t by Ice Cube. Lee Priest was Enter The Sandman by Metallica.
Ok, so I even have the video on a short if you’d like to see it on my channel. It was listed as the 2001 Mr. Olympia. Just look for his pink posing trunks just a little ways scrolled down on my RU-vid shorts list.
That’s EXACTLY what I’ve been doing BUT, I did the lunges supersetted right after each leg press set or if the leg press is going heavy like did awesomely last time I just did one superset of lunges on the last set. A workout I got from pro bodybuilder Big Ramy 😉.
DAMN! 200lbs DBs for 6, that's just 1 rep less than Ronnie Coleman's all time best on the incline 😱 Joe you're amazingly strong bro, you'll be the strongest BB in more than just deadlift very soon!
