amazing help, I just invested in a threadmill for my home and this is exactly what I needed to have in my "favorites" to refer to in the future, thank you!
The rower in this video has been discontinued, however JTX still stocks parts for it, however they have limited stock. I suggest contacting them directly.
If you have a JTX sprint 8 pro or sprint 9 Pro then you would need to press and hold any button to clear the Oil light. This is a reminder to check if it needs oiling and not telling you that you need to oil the machine. lubricating it every time it shows the oil light can lead to over lubrication. the machine should only be lubricated every 3-6 months.
Good demo. Remind users that the straps on the clogs are to stop you going off the end at the finish - in a shell we use left/right pressure to balance the boat. In a coxless shell the right clog can be swivelled to steer. The bungee and the slope of the slide assist recovery forwards with your own momentum. However hooking on the straps can cause shin cramps on a long session. The action should be like a snatch in weightlifting when gravity aids recovery- in rowing.let the design of the Concept 2 do the work
What happens if I read the instructions wrong and I unscrewed both of the bolts completly and now I can’t get it to work properly. It makes a lot of noise and the belt is bunching to one side. I can’t use it at all. Please help 🙂
Hello @arianasilesia2500, I would recommend contacting your machines manufacturer for advice, alternatively you could contact a local engineer and they may be able to assist you.
What's this like compared to your Slim-line treadmill? It has incline but otherwise seems kinda similar, except less programs and a less powerful motor?
I feel like an idiot as I've yet to figure out how to even use the bottle that came with my machine. Thought all I had to do was remove the silver foil inside the lid but nothing is coming out and it seems to have a solid felt seal. I think the instructions are talking about som self lubricating thing I'm meant to refill but its a very bad transaltion.
Thank you for this. I tried to adjust the tension of my treadmill's belt and the manual that came with the treadmill did not seem to make sense at all. It said to move one screw clockwise while moving the other counterclockwise. I watched your video and you confirmed my suspicion. Thank you for that!
I may be over thinking this. Seems to me that adjusting the tightness of the belt while the machine is running has the potential of causing the belt to move off center again. The time it can take to move from one side to the other and then find the adjusting acres in the hole is typically long enough for the belt to move toward its new centered position. I'd recommend stopping the belt, adjust both sides and then start the belt again.
Thank you for explaining what tightening and loosening the two sides of the belt actually does. The manual was not clear on that, and simple understanding helped me fix it, so thank you.
Can you please recommend a brand or a name of the gel you’re using? I don’t want to get something that will be wrong for my treadmill or dangerous for me to use? Where can I buy it? Can I get one online?
