I think the 80/20 rule is good. When trying to lose weight you could always switch it to 90/10. As long as it doesn't switch to 50/50 :)

Love this video! I was never a runner (and I'm not a huge runner now, but when I did P90X back in the day, it really improved my running. It has a yoga day too. Do you feel like you eat the wrong things at school/home or more like too much?

Good luck on your journey. There will be ups and downs but with dedication you will succeed. YOU CAN DO IT. I am also on journey and I hope we can support each other. I look forward to future videos and following your progress. Scheduling and planning works for me. If I fall off, I just start again. Its OK to fall off as long as you get back on. Keep up the amazing work!
