Oh yeah, one more thing! If you have a wl 915A and a wl916 rc boat like i have you can make the 916 faster using the stock prop from the 915 boat! It is bigger size so makes even more speed.. watch out for long runs though! Temperature can get high when using bigger props! I see no problem with 5 minutes runs at 4S battery Ovonic 1300mah 100c with slight bigger prop but you always have to be carefull! 🙏💪
I have both wl toys 915 A and this Wl 916 rc boat. This lipo original is 1200amph 15c 3s for the WL 915A , 1800mah 45c 3s for this Wl916 boat... i searched for a battery same size but higher mah and C for both these rc boats and found it!! From the same constructor! Hilldow is the brand! Same size and weight as original lipo for both rc boats but Wait!!! Much more mah/c so stronger! For the 915A rc boat we have the hilldow 1600mah - 120c !! Yes same size and weight (on Amazone, nice price/2 pieces). For the Wl 916 boat we have a Hilldow 2600 mah, 65c lipo, again same size and weigh as the stock lipo but way better! (Also available on Amazone, nice price/ 2 pieces!). This batteries are awesome and it feels like they were made for both wl rc boats 915A and 916! Top tip! You can run the Wl916 boat on 4S but you have limited space in the boat for a 4S lipo so watch out but you can actually buy the Ovonic 1300mah 100C 4S lipo (also on Amazone) that fits sideways perfect in the boat! This one makes amazing speed improvement but be aware the boat will be hard to controle it is that fast 😅 .. All these batteries i told you about have a xt60 plug so you just need an adapter plug from a xt 60 connector to a t-plug male to female (also you can buy this cheap at amazone, the short adaptors like 4to5cm short are the best and also come in a 2 pack on Amazone for buying!) .. Use Ovonic 1300mah, 100c 4S lipo and talk to me again 😅 ... It does the deal trust me! And if you have a Wl toys 915 laying around, well, that prop is slight bigger and does the boat go to max speed you can handle (be carefull, realy fast to drive) in combination. Thank me later 😅
Very nice and great stability for such a fast craft of this size. I recently bought one of the new UDIRC UDI023PRO Inkfish RC personal watercraft models. It is my first RC for the water and nowhere near as fast as yours but I added a rider figure and it performs very nicely.
