My condolences for your lost. ❤. Nice video guys. Got to hunt.last season got my tag but couldnt have a clear shot at the one i saw. This one was nice. If u guys dont mind where bouts was this WMU.
Just went there last weekend. Go to dog island (for pike in spring and walleye and pike in summer) for a stop, but you have to go where the beach is on the island, then from there you could see houses with red roofs. Head over there and use a walleye rig with a artificial or real worm on, then cast it , then let it sink to the bottom and just slowly reel in and jig (6-8 feet of water)
You're good bro. You aren't even breaking laws. The fish handling doesn't bother me but I agree it's best to limit harm to the fish. Most youtubers would ignore or delete comments so good for you to actually respond to the feedback
You will need to buy the 0⁰ mount as well if you are running it off a pole. I had to buy one for my setup on my kayak. Still waiting on my stuff to show up
Ya after doing my research I realized that, I don’t know why they wouldn’t put that in with all the other mounts. I’m thinking of giving the perspective mount a go and seeing how I like that
Great video ! Brings back lot of memories . I haven't been there for over twenty years , this makes me want to go back soon . Are the perch still biting ?
Thank you! You for sure gotta make a plan to go back it’s always a great time fishing there. I was actually there this past weekend and we were catching some decent sized perch and a few jumbos as well. Thank you for the comment!
@@AB-OUTDOORS Thank you for the feed back! My son , grandson and I will definitely try to make it out there this Saturday. I will be driving a dark blue liberty . I hope the snow won't be too deep😅
I’m running the Frostbite Smoke show and my dads using the Frostbite Digger they both preformed flawlessly. We’re actually on the south side of the lake, there was 30+ inches of ice. Thanks for the comment!
@@AB-OUTDOORSnice Tks, I have shacks at the narrows just figured with perch it was north side 👍🏻. With the reg changes makes it harder to justify my trips! Thanks for the vid
nice deer. nice hunt. Believe it or not i did the same thing this morning ,shot a 8 pt and had to put a finish shot in him , shot the back of head and split his skull so now i have a very wide rack. lol.
Those really loud deep calls at about the 23:45 min mark are NOT bull calls. That call is an angry cow, that is being bothered by a young bull, and she is bawling to tell that bull to shove off.
That makes total sense, I couldn’t agree more with that. After a few years that is still talked about between us all and everyone has there own opinion about what it was, but that is definitely my favourite answer by far! Thank you for the comment!
I would suggest getting a net or leaving them in the water to grab them. Lifting them up like that is hard on the fish and when they come off and land on the rocks that’s even harder on them. Good vid but just hate to see a protected species getting bounced off the rocks. Just making suggestions for the future so we can all continue to enjoy catching these guys!
