alternatively, roll it down your chest, abs, rest it on your hips, and sit up. Probably would be more painful at higher weights, but anything under 300 should be totally doable, I would think
I am confused about the weight on the bar. The plates look much like 10 lbs and 25 lbs in US gyms. If it's Europe/metrics I'd expect them to be 5 kg and 10 kg, resulting 4x10+5 each side with the barbell (20) should be 110 kg?

Feels great. Allows you to lower your wrists more due to the arch. I always combine it with classic bench press. It triggers slightly different muscles areas so it’s a great complementary exercise. Have fun!
Make sure to do some rotator exercises, too. This thing quickly makes your front shoulder stronger and you wanna maintain a healthy strength balance. I often do rotators as super sets on a cable machine.
