I heard you out and as a former addict, I find your "solutions" completely without merit or heart. Being in active addiction doesn't make a person less valuable and there is hope for everyone. Unless we save lives today with products such as Narcan, there will be no hope of recovery tomorrow.

In alot of countries , its legal for Cops to shoot people that run away from them ,,, Oddly enough , they dont have many people run from them in those countries.
